About Victoria
A design eye, applied to homes.
I’m a New Jersey–licensed real estate agent, primarily specializing in Port Imperial — and up and down the Gold Coast from there.
I come from a design background, so I look at a property the way I’d look at a project: light, proportion, flow, and how a room actually gets used. It makes the conversation a little longer than “do you want it or not” — usually in a good way.
The work rarely ends at the closing table. I help clients weigh improvements and renovations against the economics of it all — what a change is likely to give back, what quietly never will, and what is better left alone. Style and budget in the same conversation, before anyone picks up a tool.
Most of what I do arrives by referral, so I’d rather earn it slowly than talk loudly about it.
Underneath all of it is a simple preference: being useful to the people around me. A straight answer, an honest read on a price, an introduction to someone who can help — the small things that don’t look like a sale but quietly are one. That’s also why I keep a calendar of what’s happening here rather than only my own calendar.
